baileys farm bed & breakfast offered very comfortable accommodation. the one-bedroom suite was perfect for our stay, while the fridge had enough supplies for a continental breakfast. being close to luton airport means planes might be noisy, but the charming animals on site added a lovely touch for kids.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely B&B! The breakfast served in our room was such a nice touch, and the kids really enjoyed the animals they could interact with. Just a heads up, it’s near the flight path for Luton Airport, but the earplugs provided by the hosts made it a non-issue. 😊

I had a lovely stay in a One-Bedroom Suite, where the charming animals added a delightful touch. The breakfast provisions were excellent, especially the fresh croissants delivered to my fridge. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat. the aircraft noise was somewhat bothersome at times.

The modern room featured sliding windows that opened onto a balcony with a lovely pond, where ducks could be seen. A highlight was the substantial continental breakfast with delicious chocolate muffins. Although the cabin provided a nice view, the lack of attentive service and general upkeep detracted from the experience. Despite some disturbances from planes, they didn't seriously disrupt the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially with the charming animals around the property, which really added to the experience. I found the carpet in the room to be a bit tired and not as clean as I'd hoped. it was a good transit stay close to the airport, but better cleaning would improve the experience.

stayed for 1 night here with my partner n it was super comfy. loved how spacious the room was, with a nice lil living area n a patio overlooking a pond. the breakfast was in the fridge ready for us, which was nice. the beds were really comfy too, just what we needed after a long day. it was also nice n quiet, perfect for some relaxation.
