baileys farm bed & breakfast offered very comfortable accommodation. the one-bedroom suite was perfect for our stay, while the fridge had enough supplies for a continental breakfast. being close to luton airport means planes might be noisy, but the charming animals on site added a lovely touch for kids.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely B&B! The breakfast served in our room was such a nice touch, and the kids really enjoyed the animals they could interact with. Just a heads up, it’s near the flight path for Luton Airport, but the earplugs provided by the hosts made it a non-issue. 😊

the location was super cute in the countryside. i loved seeing all the animals around like geese and ducks, made the stay really special. the room was cozy and clean, and i appreciated the cute little details like fresh milk and breakfast items in the fridge. check in was easy and the late check out was a nice touch. it was a perfect place for a quick getaway.
the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, and i didn't meet any staff during my stay. also, it was a bit noisy with all the planes overhead.

Charming farm experience with fantastic breakfast
I had a lovely stay in a One-Bedroom Suite, where the charming animals added a delightful touch. The breakfast provisions were excellent, especially the fresh croissants delivered to my fridge. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat. the aircraft noise was somewhat bothersome at times.

The modern room featured sliding windows that opened onto a balcony with a lovely pond, where ducks could be seen. A highlight was the substantial continental breakfast with delicious chocolate muffins. Although the cabin provided a nice view, the lack of attentive service and general upkeep detracted from the experience. Despite some disturbances from planes, they didn't seriously disrupt the overall enjoyment of our stay.

We had a fantastic family stay at this charming spot! My son adored the animals on the property, especially the peacocks and owls. The cozy room was stocked with breakfast essentials, making our mornings so easy and pleasant.
My kids wished for a tad more privacy, as the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear the neighbors clearly at times.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially with the charming animals around the property, which really added to the experience. The one-bedroom suite was comfortable and came with a fridge stocked for breakfast. I found the carpet in the room to be a bit tired and not as clean as I'd hoped. it was a good transit stay close to the airport, but better cleaning would improve the experience.

Had a great time with friends here! We enjoyed visiting the nearby airport and Ilford during our two-night stay. The place has a lovely setup, and having breakfast with geese, ducks, and the chance to tour the farm added to the fun. Definitely worth staying for a chill countryside vibe!
The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for my friend, which made for a less than ideal night’s sleep.

The One-Bedroom Suite offers ample space and a cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for a solo traveler. With well-furnished living areas, it is designed for comfort after a long day of work.
The absence of a kitchen sink made cleaning up a hassle, and there's no wardrobe to hang clothes, which can be a pain for business travelers. the hotel is right under the flight path to London Luton airport, so expect planes landing regularly during the day. they stop overnight, but those who are sensitive to noise might find it bothersome. the lack of WiFi and mobile network coverage can complicate planning activities. One morning, I was woken up early by loud music from the neighboring room, which was less than ideal.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
